(Most of you are probably thinking "duh" but I've never made oatmeal without those little Quaker packets before)
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Craisins (chopped apples are yummy too)
Mix it all in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Yum!

This is my mom's favorite breakfast. She also puts chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) on top. Yummy!
This is one of my FAVORITE things for breakfast except I usually add some chunks of apples and a few chopped walnuts. MMMMM!!!!
